Atlas Field Services Staff Training Program
Atlas Field Services provides a robust training and qualification program to our field consultants, ensuring that we comply with regulations and client requirements. Our live training platform features qualified and experienced instructors from each specific operational area. This sets us apart by allowing trainees to learn and ask questions from regional-specific subject matter experts. Additionally, we maintain a training and qualification database that is available to field personnel via mobile application. Our training modules are reviewed frequently and revised per our client’s needs. Our goal is to ensure we provide only top-quality professionals to our clients.
We provide instruction and evaluation to determine a candidate’s ability to recognize and react to abnormal operating conditions as well as a candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities to complete “covered” tasks according to the Operator Qualifications (OQ) rule in accordance with CFR 192 and 195.
Atlas Field Services provides construction safety training as well as DOT compliant, instructor-led, OQ services utilizing the following:
- National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) pipeline curriculum
- Veriforce evaluations and exam proctoring
- Energy WorldNet computer-based training and performance evaluations
- Industrial Training Services computer-based training and performance evaluations
- Competent Person Excavation and Trenching Safety
- H2S Awareness

Industry Training Program Development
Atlas Field Services can develop your training program from the ground up or enhance what you already have. We can put a system in place that meets your needs and regulatory requirements, including live training modules and train-the-trainer sessions, computer (or web) based training, and a training database that can be accessed by your field staff via mobile application. Our training staff is made up of experts in adult learning, construction and industrial safety, electrical safety, vegetation management and tree safety, aerial safety, pipeline safety, and nuclear decommissioning.
